Pues sigue leyendo todo lo que tienen montado y por montarEltiempo .Es, además de ser quien nos ''chiva'' qué ponernos mañana, si sacar el paraguas o el abrigo, o si merece la pena hacer una escapada a la playa más cercana en verano, es un empresón, y busca un/a iOS Developer.Hace un tiempo no muy lejano, les echamos una mano en la búsqueda de su CTO, y fue todo como la seda. Para ponerte en situación te contamos de nuevo:Pertenecen al grupo canadiense Pelmorex, tercera multinacional en servicios meteorológicos con más de 500 empleados a nivel mundial. Cuentan con todo su respaldo y la interlocución es fluida, pero son totalmente independientes a nivel tecnológico y de toma de decisiones.Han pasado de facturar 300k a 10M€en 6 años, un crecimiento brutal que viene de un despegue similar en el tráfico de las distintas aplicaciones, tanto web como móviles.Eltiempo.Es está en un buen momento, recuperados del impacto de la pandemia y creciendo, y necesita a un/a iOS Developer que lidere el desarrollo en esta plataforma dentro del equipo de Apps.En estos momentos están trabajando en una nueva versión de su app, que seguirá evolucionando durante este año con nuevas funcionalidades para convertirse en la mejor app del tiempo en el mercado. Trabajarás además en el lanzamiento de versiones para el mercado latinoamericano y portugués, y en otros proyectos para iOS que tienen en el roadmap.Uno de los pilares del equipo de tecnología del Eltiempo.Es es la estrategia de "Zero Defects", por lo que deberás ser parte fundamental en el proceso de mejora continua del flujo de desarrollo, automatización, integración continua, etc., aprendiendo y aportando siempre desde tu conocimiento técnico del ecosistema iOS, de los productos y usuarios.Tu evolución Tu primer díaEn 1 mes Habrás completado tu onboarding, que incluirá conocer los flujos de trabajo del equipo y de la compañía. Conocerás de manera general la arquitectura y la base de código de los proyectos en los que trabajarás.Habrás desarrollado, y puesto en producción, algunos fixes o desarrollos que te permitirán empezar a tocar y conocer al detalle algunas de las funcionalidades, pero no te preocupes, será algo sencillo y tendrás todo el apoyo del equipo. Alguna sesión de pair programming seguro habrás hecho.Conocerás a tus compis, serás uno/a más y es posible que ya te haya tocado ser Scrum Master del Equipo de Apps.Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades y mantener las existentes en los productos iOS, escribiendo código limpio, mantenible y probado
