Role Overview: As a Manager, you will assume a leadership role in orchestrating the synergy between business concepts and technological frameworks within our organization. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing a dedicated team of professionals, guiding them in the exploration of strategic consulting, digital architecture, and business acumen to devise unparalleled solutions for our clients.
In addition to your own contributions, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment, nurturing the talents of your team, and facilitating their professional development.
Your role will involve aligning team objectives with organizational goals, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of our client engagements. Drawing upon your expertise, you will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their respective roles.
As a key liaison between upper management and the team, you will communicate strategic directives, facilitate decision-making processes, and drive the implementation of innovative initiatives. This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive impactful solutions, and contribute to the success of our clients and organization.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or any with a Information Technology background. Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic consulting, digital architecture, or related fields. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in consulting projects.
