Junt@s, estamos construyendo un entorno donde todos prosperamos.¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?Como Support Analyst te encargarás de ser el punto único de contacto para el asesoramiento hacia la mejora del negocio del cliente, para la solución de problemas y consultas de Ricoh con el responsable del proyecto por parte del cliente.Entre otras funciones, realizarás:Entender la globalidad de los procesos del cliente dentro y fuera del contrato.Detectar tendencias y problemáticas en el cliente aportando soluciones y posibles oportunidades de mejora.Gestionar los diferentes Stakeholders involucrados en la prestación del servicio. (Clientes, proveedores, técnicos, transporte, etc).Mantener reuniones periódicas de seguimiento con el cliente para presentar la revisión y análisis de los Informes.Planificar los detalles para la implantación de nuevos equipos por sustitución, incidencias o ampliaciones de contrato.Responsabilidades:Gestionar los procesos de punta a punta: encuesta, instalación, trabajos de preparación y mantenimiento.Gestionar el proceso in situ con el técnico.Revisar los requisitos tras la aprobación del cliente.Coordinar fecha de instalación adecuada con el host.Gestionar de principio a fin el proceso logístico (picking, despacho, transporte).Coordinar el equipo de técnicos on-site y actuar como primer punto de contacto sobre cualquier incidencia.Proporcionar control / verificación de las regulaciones ambientales específicas que podrían prohibir la instalación en el sitio.Ordenar y proporcionar al cliente los informes de instalación completos.Asegurar la correcta trazabilidad y medición de los niveles de servicio, KPI's y SLA's acordados.Colaborar con el cliente identificar incidentes y puntos de mejora continua
