Then you might be the colleague we are looking for to support our Netquest HR team.You will manage tasks related to the full employee lifecycle and assist in data analytics and reporting.For our location in Barcelona, we are looking for an energetic and proactive person that strengthens our team.As HR Services Officer, you will have following key accountabilities:- You perform day-to-day payroll activities.- You ensure post-payroll activities are followed,including routing documents and reports to the Finance team or others.- You document and maintain detailed work instructions for the purpose of payroll continuity.- You communicate and handle the administration with local authorities and external providers in labor related topics.- You handle administrative tasks related to the full employee lifecycle ( joiners and leavers, promotions, absences,..)- You act as a point of contact for local management and employees who have questions regarding operational HR processes and guidelines.Now that we've introduced you to the position as HR Officer, what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?- You have some previous experience with payroll.- You have knowledge of labor regulations.- You have an eye for detail, and you are a critical thinker.- You are a master in MS Office. Particularly,Excel holds no secrets to you.- You have the ability to work within a matrix organization, supporting wider HR initiatives and collaborating with HR colleagues globally.- You are fluent in Spanish and English.We are an ethical and honest company that is wholly committed to its clients and employees
