Around 19,000 employees at DT Technik plan, design, build and operate the facilities and systems of the technical infrastructure nationwide on behalf of Telekom Deutschland GmbH. The company implements network projects, operates the network technology and, if necessary, takes over the maintenance of the technical infrastructure.The Tribe Voice & Messaging is responsible for the design, development, planning, validation and operation of all voice and messaging platforms in DT Technik's fixed and mobile network over their entire lifecycle. We provide innovative, reliable state-of-the-art services to our cellular- and landline-based customers.The scope of a current program is to bring voice & messaging applications into the cloud. We'll change the today's model of separated fixed and mobile systems and merge them. That's why we want you on our team.QualificationsAs a technical project manager, you are responsible for developing innovative products including multi-stage long-term implementation planning and implement business strategies in product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications in the assigned complex area of responsibility.You carry out innovation/technology scouting and assessment and carry out customer and market validation to record the requirements for specific products/servicesYou follow market developments and the competitive situation and define technical product requirements, customer groups and application scenariosYou develop and optimize assigned complex virtual or physical products/services along the entire development process (lifecycle)You manage the life cycle of assigned complex products/services from a functional/technical perspective and take over the derivation, description, documentation and prioritization of business requirements, taking technical and professional possibilities into account, and control the implementationYou manage complex projectsYou have a technical degree or completed vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in the field of technical product management.Furthermore, you are characterized by detailed company-specific knowledge or special specialist knowledge and skills:Very good knowledge of product life cycle management for cloud native services (accountable for the high-level milestone plan)Very good understanding of the marketStrong understanding of hardware/softwareSound experience in requirements managementNice to have skills: - Understanding German would be helpful (optional)- Basic IMS knowledge with relevant communication protocols (e.g. SIP and RTP) and Telecommunications Industry experience preferredWhat do we offer you?- International, positive, dynamic, and motivated work environment.- Hybrid work model (telework/face-to-face).- Flexible schedule.- Continuous training.- Flexible Compensation Plan.- Life and accident insurance.- More than 25 working days of vacation per year.And many more advantages of being part of T-SystemsIf you are looking for a new challenge, do not hesitate to send us your CV Please send CV in English.
