If you like a growth opportunity in a dynamic environment and look forward to challenging yourself, keep reading...Your mission within KantoxPerform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records; Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed; Work closely with other team members on payment reconciliation related issues and ensure operational continuity; Support audits by providing detailed reconciliation reports and supporting documentation, ensuring transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations; Collaborate with other departments such as Finance on the reporting of funds and Technology on automation initiatives and process improvements; Maintain organized records and compile data to assist in ad-hoc reporting requests; Analyze datasets and prepare information to be presented to relevant stakeholders, as well as evaluate data for reporting and fees & tariffs negotiations; In this position, you will interact with the following departments:Client Transaction Services (Ops)Cash Management and Settlements (Ops)Customer SuccessFinanceCompliance & RiskTechnologyWho you areA relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or similar.Experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial operations roles.General interest and enthusiasm for Financial Markets, Foreign Exchange markets, and cash management.MS Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis. Experience and interest in Power BI or similar data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.Furthermore, we are looking for the following attributes:Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.Ability to work in a team.Ability to work accurately to deadlines, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deliverables.Critical thinker, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Good communication and organizational skills.Proactive and self-starting approach.Result and quality-oriented.Our CultureAn environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedback.A diverse and multicultural team of over 40 different nationalities
