About the Role As the Alliance Management Manager / Associate Director , you'll oversee the governance of strategic partnerships across research, development, and commercialisation.
Reporting to the Alliance Management Director, you'll be responsible for: Leading negotiations and ensuring successful execution of licensing agreements.
Managing cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership goals.
Overseeing contract compliance, governance structures, and financial milestones.
Acting as the primary liaison with partner companies and internal stakeholders.
Mentoring and guiding a team of alliance specialists and associates to achieve strategic objectives.
About You Were looking for a dynamic and strategic professional who thrives in complex, collaborative environments.
The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong expertise in licensing agreements , alliance management, and project oversight.
A deep understanding of originator products and familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (Italian, French, or German is a plus).
A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law (or related field).
