En Reig Jofre estamos buscando a un/a Customer Service Technician , para fortalecer el Servicio de Atención al Cliente ubicado en nuestra sede corporativa de Sant Joan Despí.
Su misión principal será dar servicio a los clientes nacionales e internacionales de productos distribuidos de Laboratorio Reig Jofre, desde la recepción del pedido hasta su entrega y facturación completa.

Funciones:
Llevar a cabo la gestión de los pedidos hasta su facturación y servicio postventa.
Garantizar la correcta gestión de los pedidos.
Llevar a cabo la gestión de los pedidos hasta su facturación y servicio postventa.
Garantizar la correcta gestión de los pedidos.
Realizar atención telefónica de las necesidades, consultas, reclamaciones y su tramitación que tengan o puedan presentar las empresas clientes.
Dar soporte a la red de ventas en cuestiones relacionadas con la gestión de clientes y pedidos.
Aptitudes y experiencia requeridas:
Formación Profesional o Ciclo Formativo de Grado superior mínimo.
Experiencia entre 2 y 5 años en puesto similar.
Muy valorable haber trabajado en industria farmacéutica.
Se valora haber trabajado con ERP Navision.
Nosotros ofrecemos:

6 días de teletrabajo al mes.
