planning, budget, time, functionality).- Ensures business success,customer satisfaction and professional stakeholder management.- Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating where necessary.- Supports Team Leads and Department Heads with resourcing activities.- Leads project team members to cooperation and promotes efficient ways of working.On the technical level :- Manages a network of technical specialists to realize customer specific components, systems or solutions.- Coordinates the Engineering tasks and cooperates with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces.- Performs technical and project risk management.- Manages technical risks opportunities, interfaces, alignment and project governance activities.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
For this position we expect you to have :- A MSc degree in Wind Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.- A strong understanding with a minimum of 3 years' experience in either Turbine Control Systems and / or Aeroelastic Load Simulations, Design and Validation.Knowledge of Turbine Load Certification would be of benefit.- An ability to solve difficult challenges through innovation, dedication and cooperation with a global team.- A holistic mindset and strong communication skills, and you maintain solid oversight of projects.- A drive to make a difference for future wind turbine design and operational capabilities.- A willingness and ability to travel internationally on occasional basis.In return of your commitment we offer youBecome a part of our mission for sustainability : Clean energy for generations to come.We are a global team of diverse colleagues who share a passion for renewable energy and have a culture of trust and empowerment to make our own ideas a reality.We focus on personal and professional development to grow internally within our organization.
