This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the MTO, encompassing both internal and external manufacturing sites.Apply now for this exciting opportunity The Director of Operational Excellence is responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement, devise strategies, and implement process improvements to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.Through data analysis and fostering a culture of ongoing improvement, the Director will play a vital role in increasing productivity, cost reduction, and enhancing overall business performance.Key Responsibilities Work closely with platform leadership to develop and align the strategy for achieving organizational goals and objectives.Use data-driven insights and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving operations.Create and maintain metrics and dashboards to track progress and share results with others involved.Identify and evaluate operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across various departments.Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen events, and other improvement frameworks.Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process enhancements.Lead and oversee large-scale projects from initiation to completion; includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, as well as coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Collaborate with individuals across the organization to lead and support change management efforts.Foster effective communication strategies to promote the successful implementation of improvement initiatives
