Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Sr Motion Graphics Designer 3D to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis.At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will work on our IP "Stumble Guys" and an unreleased game for another big IP.What you will do:Work in collaboration with the creative team, Project Managers, and Consumer Marketing to build impactful ads for advertising.Participate in brainstorms, ideate, and build storyboards and/or animatics to illustrate ideas before production.Build full motion video from approved concepts or animate all kinds of assets to be integrated with other video components (live actions or 3D animation).Work with an attention-to-detail attitude in a constructive cross-feedback environment.What you will need:An excellent video reel that demonstrates a wide range of solid motion design work and animation skills.Proficient in the standard tools of the trade: After Effects, Unreal, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator.Great design skills.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to drive an idea from conception to completion.A minimum of 4 years experience as a Motion Designer.Passionate about Strategy games.Bonus Point:Additional knowledge of Unity, 3D Modeling and/or illustration.Experience in creating social media and user acquisition ads.Character animation.VFX and particle simulations.Please include a portfolio, Reel or PDF/links to examples of your work in the application.At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect.
