Tasks During your day-to-day: - You will be in charge of the management of documentation - You will be scanning and validating necessary documents to process a claim - You will be sending letters to customers for the claims management (documentation request, follow-ups, closing…) - You will provide Customer service support: information about claim situation, insurance policy and other services - You will update the information in company systems - You will have other administrative tasks and collection management Requirements You are the person we are looking for if: - You have a native level of German and an advanced level of English - You have at least one year of experience in administration - You have MS office knowledge - Your have good communication skills - You have the ability to learn, analyse and resolve with criteria - You have eye for details - You are dynamic and pro-active - You are Customer Service oriented - You are organized, responsible and result orientated Benefits Competitive salary - Hybrid working model - Permanent contract with 6 months probation period - Working hours from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 - Team building activities - International and multilingual working environment.
