La Residencia Can Sunyer, volem incorporar al nostre equip, una persona amb experiència en posicions de responsabilitat
departamental dins de l'área comptable i financera, amb capacitat de
treball en equip, metòdica, organitzada, amb iniciativa i lideratge.
Tareas
- ADMINISTRACIÓ - COMPTABILITAT:
- Elaborar les factures de la empresa, així com registrar-les, organitzar-les i assegurar-se que compleixen amb el marc legal vigent
- Cercar pressupostos de productes, serveis i proveïdors per a l'empresa i realitzar un garbellat per triar el més convenient.
- Registre, compra i sortida d'inventari portant un control dels actius i passius per a conèixer en tot moment l'estoc i els béns dels quals es disposa.
- Supervisió dels comptes bancaris de l'organització, assegurant-se que no existeixin discrepàncies entre els registres d'ingressos i les despeses, així com que les anotacions comptables coincideixin amb els extractes bancaris i els ajustos que realitza el banc.
- Realització dels informes financers que es destinen als diferents responsables dels departaments i la direcció de l'empresa.
- Assegurament del fet que les operacions de la companyia compleixen amb les lleis fiscals vigents, fent les declaracions fiscals i tributàries així com pagar els impostos i aranzels corresponents.
- Avaluació de les dades financeres per a realitzar prediccions futures o anticipar-se als problemes i contribuir a establir les millors estratègies de negoci a mitjà i llarg termini.
- SERVEIS GENERALS:
- Control, seguiment i supervisió dels serveis propis i dels de proveïdors externs d'acord amb la política de qualitat i actuacions establertes.
- Control i supervisió de l'atenció personalitzada assegurant la qualitat de servei a les persones i famílies.
- Planificar, gestionar i supervisar a l'equip comercial assegurant la consecució del pla comercial i de màrqueting
- Planificar, dirigir i coordinar les relacions i polítiques laborals, el reclutament i seleccionar personal així com la gestió i fidelització del talent.
- Oferir un entorn adequat i adaptat a les necessitats d'atenció de les persones
**Requisitos**:
- Coneixements tècnics ERP (Preferiblement SAGE), CRM, eines de Microsoft Office i PGCE
- Habilitats Resolutiu, adaptatiu, de problemes i la presa de decisions de forma àgil i eficaç¸
- L'adaptació´ a noves situacions i l'afrontament de nous reptes
- La coordinació´ amb altres serveis i professionals del seu àmbit de treball
- L'establiment de relacions interprofessionals de forma positiva
- Capacitat de lideratge i de motor de gestió del canvi
