Te estamos buscandoComo miembro del equipo colaborarás en:Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes y actuar como su principal punto de contacto.Comprender las necesidades y objetivos del cliente para proporcionar soluciones efectivas y mejorar su experiencia.Utilizar Salesforce para gestionar la información del cliente, rastrear interacciones y garantizar una comunicación clara y oportuna.Realizar análisis de datos utilizando herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI) para identificar tendencias, oportunidades de mejora y áreas de crecimiento.Colaborar con equipos internos para resolver problemas del cliente, abordar solicitudes y garantizar la entrega de valor consistente.Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada y venta adicional para maximizar los ingresos y la retención de clientes.Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos para garantizar una alineación efectiva y una gestión proactiva de cuentas.Proporcionar comentarios y recomendaciones basados en la experiencia del cliente para mejorar continuamente nuestros productos y servicios.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Experiencia previa en roles de Éxito del Cliente con al menos 3 años de antigüedad trabajando directamente con clientes.Conocimiento sólido en el uso de Salesforce para la gestión de relaciones con los clientes.Experiencia con herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI) es deseable.Capacidad demostrada para gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del cliente y proporcionar una experiencia excepcional durante todo el viaje del cliente.Experiencia valiosa en venta cruzada y venta adicional para maximizar el valor del cliente.Habilidad para analizar datos y comunicación excelente y habilidad para construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes.Mentalidad orientada a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.¿Qué ofrecemos?Contrato estable.Salario competitivo.Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.
