OKTO's continuous growth demands high-caliber candidates, who can demonstrate professionalism, passion, and creativity.For those who come on board, we offer significant career advancement, challenges, and a runway for growth.OKTO powers digital payments for every entertainment, leisure, and gaming environment.Our unified payment platform combines secure, real-world transactions with the most powerful payment technology to create immersive payment experience for both merchants and their users.Since 2019, OKTO has been improving payment interactions for online and retail gaming and introducing frictionless payments with its local knowledge, sector expertise and international capabilities.The expanding business now employs over 100 payment experts, gaming insiders and software engineers, serving some of the most exciting international markets including, Brazil, Romania, Italy, Greece, Germany, the UK and Spain.Summary We are currently looking for Financial Controller to join our Finance team.As Financial Controller you will become a pivotal part of the company's Finance organization concerning reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ensuring compliance and supporting field teams to achieve their goals with the most efficient and profitable way.Responsibilities Report directly to the Director of Finance Drive Budget and Forecast procedures.Benchmark actuals against planning and drive correction plan.Provide financial analysis and insights.Work closely with the local accounting teams in every country to ensure accurate financial reporting and support in the decision-making process.Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, company internal process, tax legal and statutory requirements while getting heavily involved in audit process.Creating internal policies and applying controlling procedures.Support Cash flow management.Get involved in various Finance projects such as structuring the company's procurement, System selection, implementation and reporting change, structuring Finance procedures.Perform market research, data mining, and business intelligence where needed.Be responsible for preparing reports while communicating and presenting them to the business.Support Growth and Change process.Support Business leaders.Requirements University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.Post Graduate studies in Finance, Accounting or a Professional Qualification in Finance or Accounting is desirable (ex.ACCA, ACA).Excellent command of Spanish and English language.Any knowledge of other languages is appreciated as the FP&A department collaborates with accounting teams all over the world.Knowledge of IFRS standard and management accounting principles.5+ years of overall finance experience.Working experience in Fintech, Financial Services, IT or Betting industry will be an asset.User experience with ERP and Accounting Software.Understanding of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business planning is required.Good business acumen.PC literacy.Full familiarity with office applications.Excellence in financial and business modeling with applications such as excel.Numerical skills and analytical ability.Excellent communication ability that can be applied in a multicultural environment.Ability to travel occassionaly when needed.Benefits Competitive remuneration package according to your experience Opportunity to work in a fast-paced international company Friendly, motivating, and challenging environment where you can thrive and develop your skills Continuous training for all your learning and development needs Career advancement and organized feedback framework
