Efter en hektisk vækst, nye vilkår for ferieboligudlejningsbranchen i Spanien, implementering af nye systemer og procedurer, leder vi efter den rette person til at supportere vort eksisterende team af Property Rental Managers og skandinaviske kundeservice.
Det er afgørende, at du både er villig og i stand til at mestre flere færdigheder i forbindelse med ferieboligudlejningsbranchen.
At du er villig til at lære, udforske, vokse og udvikle dig inden for vores industri og virksomhed.
Det forventes,at du vil deltage og udvikle i nye arbejdsgange og procedurer, som digitalisering af vores industri tilbyder, både i dag og i fremtiden.
Vi forventer, at du er "open-minded", men stadig er yderst organiseret og har en høj arbejdsmoral.
Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vort øvrige team, men det er stadig vigtigt, at du er individuelt drevet og har gode kommunikationsevner i et ofte hektisk miljø.
Størstedelen af vores boligejere og gæster er fra andre Europæiske og Skandinaviske lande, så det forventes, at du kan kommunikere på højt niveau engelsk og spansk i både tekst og tale og behersker dansk på indfødt niveau.
Avancement for den rette person er mulig.
I stillingen vil du være ansvarlig for de daglige opgaver som "Property Rental Manager".
Nogle af dem er beskrevet nedenfor, og yderligere arbejdsområder og opgaver bør forventes: Booking Management: Reservationer og optimering af bookinger.
Front Office Operations: Ankomster, afrejser, check-in validering etc.
Guest Support: Supportere gæster før, under og efter deres ophold.
Back Office Management: Lejebetalinger, fakturering etc.
Koordinering og Problemløsning: Problemløser samt bro mellem gæster og serviceteamet, housekeeping, nøgleholdere, leverandører og boligejere.
Property Listing Management: Oprettelse af nye boliger i vort system, inkl.
prissætning, tilbud, onboarding af nye boligejere m.V.
Channel Management: Optimering af kanaler på OTA's og hos agenter.
Boliginspektioner: Foretage boliginspektioner af eksisterende samt nye boligemner (new property leads).
Ad-hoc Opgaver: Udføre forskellige arbejdsopgaver efter behov.
Sprogkundskaber (skriftlig og mundtlig): Minimums sprogkrav (skrift og tale): Dansk eller norsk (C2 eller indfødt), Engelsk (C1 eller indfødt), Spansk (B2 eller indfødt).Erfaring: Gerne med erfaring fra ferieudlejningsbranchen og tidligere stillinger inden for kontor- eller front office miljøer.Problemløsningsevner: Evne til at håndtere klager, arbejde under pres og kan klare at have flere bolde i luften på samme tid.Tekniske færdigheder: Kendskab til interne PMS (ejendomsstyringssystemer), portaler, extranets el.
lign.Andet: Et gyldigt kørekort er påkrævet.ARBEJDSTIDER: Fuld tid.
