Additional language skills would be beneficialHow will you make an impact?Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you'll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Switzerland including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.What will you do?Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managerDeveloping and leading the recruitment sourcing strategyProactively sourcing talentConducting telephone screen interviews with candidatesFacilitating debrief meetingsCoordinating offer approvals and extending offersBuilding Talent PipelinesActively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVPPartner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the processParticipate in projects as neededHow will you get here?EducationBachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalentExperienceExperience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment functionExperience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etcKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science IndustryProficiency in Microsoft Office productsExperience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProblem solving and time management skillsThe ability to work independently, and negotiation skillsWhat we offerEmployment with an innovative, future-oriented global organisationOutstanding career and development prospectsPerformance related bonus scheme with additional benefitsExciting company culture which stands for Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and InvolvementAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 100,000+ extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell
