At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be part of our team in the Global Supply chain Finance in Onshore Execution.We are a very diverse team with colleagues and stakeholders all over the world: US, Europe and APAC.As a Sr. Project Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing our supply chain finance cost prices for spare parts, enhancing overall efficiency.
This role will require you to leverage SAP solutions, drive digitalization efforts, and improve roles and responsibilities within the supply chain and project finance functions across the globe.Key Responsibilities And How To Contribute To Our VisionLead and manage supply chain finance optimization projects with a focus on cost prices of spare parts.Utilize SAP solutions to streamline supply chain processes and improve data accuracy of cost prices.Drive digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness of cost price controlling.Redefine roles and responsibilities, ensuring clarity, accountability and lean processes.Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.Personal QualificationsHigh energy and drive to ensure progress, motivation and a good atmosphere.A strong communicator, leader and stakeholder manager.You have initiative and will have freedom to lead the way.
You should thrive when the goal is defined and can set the scene and create the path to the goal.Eye for detail and complex topics, and focus on solutions.What You Need To Make a DifferenceA master's degree is preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Project Management Certification such as Prince 2 or IPMA or similar.Demonstrated experience with projects with digitalization, SAP and processes scope.Proven track record as a project manager.Knowledge of SAP solutions and their application in the supply chain finance processes.It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
