About the role As an Engagement Manager, your mission is clear: empower Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to flourish on one of the most powerful cloud platforms in the world.
Based in sunny Málaga, you'll work closely with clients, providing them with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to grow their businesses.
Here's how you'll spend your day: Be the expert ISVs turn to , guiding them every step of the way to maximize their success on cloud platforms.
Create meaningful connections through first impressions and ongoing support that drive long-term partnerships.
Utilize multi-channel outreach to connect with clients via calls, emails, and social media.
Showcase innovative solutions tailored to your customers' unique needs, delivering WOW moments that keep them coming back for more.
Bring customer feedback to life , sharing insights with your team to drive improvements.

What is required?
To succeed in this role, you'll need: Native or professional proficiency in Danish and fluency in English.
1–2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven record of success.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Bonus points if you have experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
The ability to live and work in Málaga for at least 12 months.
To be at least 18 years old.
