As Banquet Server, you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by making their occasions truly unforgettable providing exceptional F&B service at their special functions and events.What is in it for you:$16/hour + tips.Paid meal breaks with complimentary meals served in our Staff Dining roomColleague appreciation and recognition events.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the worldAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.Learning programs through our AcademiesFun, elegant atmosphere with amazing colleaguesWhat you will be doing:Set up banquet and dining areas according to event specificationsEnsure all table settings are clean, properly arranged, and meet standardsServing group functions per individual client specificationsServe food and beverages promptly and efficientlyEnsure guests' needs are met throughout the event, including refilling drinks and addressing any special requestsAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions and menus*This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous food and beverage service experience requiredStrong knowledge of food and beverage and a passion for serviceProven experience in flourishing in dynamic team environmentsFlexible schedule, ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.WA Food Handler Card requiredWA Liquor control (MAST) card requiredMust hold valid US work authorizationPhysical Requirements Include:Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingMust be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionallyAdditional InformationConfidentiality: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
