Staying updated on products and community standards.
Reviewing comments, videos, and posts for guideline compliance.
Addressing account support requests and content reports.
Providing high-quality support to users.
Using market-specific knowledge to enhance community assistance.
Analyzing data for better user experience.
Enforcing platform policies and addressing abuse reports.
Identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Recognizing trends and escalating issues beyond standard procedures.
Required skills: Fluent in Danish.
? Working proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills.

Experience with content moderation preferred.
