En el marco de grandes proyectos de adquisición de nuevos activos, el Ingeniero de Mantenimiento aporta los requisitos y la experiência de Mantenimiento a lo largo de los proyectos de adquisición para optimizar la mantenibilidad del nuevo activo al entrar en la fase de producción.
Asegura que el Departamento de Mantenimiento reciba toda la documentación definitiva necesaria para optimizar el desempeño de las actividades de mantenimiento en este nuevo activo.
Análisis de averías y fallos comunes que ocurren y cómo tomar acciones para evitar que vuelvan a ocurrir a través de la metodología PPS.
Asegurar la disponibilidad de la planta técnica requerida en el respectivo campo de actividad.
Contribuir a la estrategia de transformación digital en mantenimiento.
Dentro de las principales actividades, esta el seguimiento de la producción en las diferentes reuniones con otros departamentos, donde se actúa como punto focal de la función de mantenimiento.
Otra tarea importante es la creación de solicitudes de pedido y seguimiento de las actividades contratadas enfocadas a mejoras en el proceso productivo, mantenibilidad, seguridad y digitalización.
Seguimiento y cumplimentación de los datos relativos a correctivos y preventivos dentro del CMMS (Máximo), asegurar la madurez y correcta trazabilidad de los datos.
Define los repuestos críticos y consumibles de los diferentes medios, controlar el consumo de los mismos.
Gestión de los diferentes indicadores (KPIs).
Soporte técnico en correctivos, comunicación con los fabricantes principales (OEM), que garantice una correcta resolución del problema.
Asegura que la documentación de los diferentes medios esta actualizada.
