Position Overview:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse operations. This includes receiving, storage, finished goods inventory management, and raw materials inventory management. Reporting directly to the Director of Plant Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products through our warehouse while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse processes and maximize productivity.
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory levels, monitor KPIs, and analyze operational performance.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for freight, shipping, and other warehouse-related services to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Monitor and control warehouse expenses within budgetary guidelines, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in warehouse management to continuously enhance our operations and drive innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and best practices in logistics and distribution.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of warehouse operations.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations, with a commitment to creating a culture of safety and compliance.
