Técnico SC N2 Application Specialist PayrollADP proporciona servicios de gestión de nóminas y externalización de RR. HH. a sus clientes. Para prestar el mejor servicio, debe contar con un gran número de profesionales del servicio al cliente y un producto que preste servicio tanto a los usuarios clientes como a los usuarios internos que realicen todo el proceso de nóminas, administración de personal, gestión con terceros como Seguridad Social, Hacienda, etc.El área de Implantación se encarga de la configuración técnica necesaria para la puesta en marcha de estos servicios a nuestros clientes.Objetivo del rol:El Técnico de Implantación debe encargarse de llevar a cabo, en colaboración con el Consultor de Implantación, la configuración requerida por el cliente, basándose en el análisis de requerimientos realizado por éste. Debe dar solución técnica y viabilidad a los requerimientos del cliente a nivel técnico. Se encarga del mantenimiento, procesos, consultas, proyectos y resolver incidencias técnicas que puedan surgir a los clientes de Servicio asignados en coordinación con Área de Servicio.Responsabilidades:Revisión de la documentación de toma de requerimientos, proporcionada por el Consultor, con el objetivo de valorar tiempo dedicación y complejidad.Responsable de la configuración del motor de nómina siguiendo el documento de toma de requerimientos.Responsable del testeo inicial para garantizar la correcta configuración del motor de nómina.Responsable de la realización de correcciones, actualizaciones o nuevas configuraciones que puedan aparecer durante la fase U.A.T.Participar en equipos de trabajo y proponer mejoras continuas: identificar, documentar y solicitar posibles configuraciones estándar o nuevos desarrollos al departamento de R&D.Análisis de incidentes para la identificación de problemas, el análisis de causa raíz y su resolución.Documentar los desarrollos técnicos.Experiencia:De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en lenguaje de programación (Java, .Net, C+, Cobol ... ), preferiblemente en ERPs de nómina (SAP, Meta4, A3Nom, etc.).Conocimiento de aplicaciones asociadas a entornos de RR. HH. (SAP, Meta4, A3Nom, etc.).Haber participado en gestión de proyectos y trabajo en equipo.Familiarizado con la ejecución en entornos de pruebas/producción.Valorable experiencia en metodología agile.Habilidades / Conocimientos:Capacidad analítica y resolutiva.Capacidad de organización y priorización de tareas.Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.Gran sentido del trabajo en equipo.Capacidad para generar documentación técnica.Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en un entorno dinámico.Tener conocimientos de legislación laboral, seguridad social, impuestos (un plus).Buena capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente (interno y externo).Conocimientos funcionales de nómina.Estudios:Estudios universitarios en ingenierías técnicas.Grado medio o superior en Relaciones laborales (es un plus).Idiomas:Español (avanzado).Inglés (medio - deseable).#J-18808-Ljbffr
