Host Company Manager Assistant in Barcelona, Spain Our collaborator is a company with more than 10 years of experience, specialised in cultural exchange programs in the United States. They offer positions for students, to do their internship in the hospitality industry, in high-end organizations, top hotel chains and Michelin star restarurants. Do not lose this opportunityThe requested tasks are:- Being in charge of the registration system and e-mail flows- Screening CVs- Person of contact for students at all stages- Keeping track of student's status- Managing and updating offers and properties in CRM- Scheduling interviews with properties and candidates- Conducting Mock interviews with the candidates- Coordinating candidates' payments- Assisting with Recruitment fairs, from organization to registration process, candidate engagement and communication with Host CompaniesRequirements:- BS/MS Bachelor in Business, Sales or related field- Creative and hardworking- Great English skills and/or Spanish preferred- Excellent soft skills- Previous experience/education background in hospitality preferred- Organized and attentive to detail- Internationally mindedLocation:BarcelonaThis vacancy may/may not be available or may be a sample of vacancies we have had.
