Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various remote sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments through virtual resume reviews, phone screenings, and video interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for client roles.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end remote recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring that candidates align with their expectations.
Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a remote or virtual environment.
Fluency in English is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of remote recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in remote recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
