col-wideJob Description:We are looking for an E-commerce manager with deep understanding of CRM to join our team at Camiral Golf & Wellness.Based in offices close to Girona with great views overlooking the #1 Golf Course in Spain, Camiral Golf & Wellness offers a wealth of opportunities: a world-class golf venue, a contemporary 5-star hotel, a boutique hotel and a world-leading luxury real estate development.Reporting to the Marketing director, the E-commerce manager will oversee and manage the ecommerce department of the company. He will handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising and will be responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies.Main responsibilities and duties- Development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy with marketing and revenue departments- Sales optimization and pricing strategy- Utilize CRM program to ensure data is leveraged to manage the user journey- Supervision of the web development and design- Online content management- Ongoing web maintenance and troubleshooting- Web trafficSuccess profile for this role (competences)- Ability to use data in order to realize growth- Strong communication skills- Strong strategic and analytical skills- Assertive and great team player**Skills**:Mandatory- 5-6 years' experience in a similar role- CRM knowledge- Passionate about UX- Proficiency of English and Spanish (spoken / written)Desirable- International experience- Hotel or real estate experience will be a plus
