This means that we will speed up integrating our channels further and developing our organization, with the aim to create omni customer experiences like no other.As part of this omni transformation journey, we are recruiting the role of Accountant Specialist for Spain.Job DescriptionAs an Accountant Specialist, you will work as a part of the Accounts Team, with the responsibility for ensuring the day-to-day accounting and controls, preparation of monthly management accounts and ensuring successful completion of various month-end tasks.We believe that for this position, you need to be highly motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. You also need to be able to manage multiple deliverables while showing accuracy and adherence to tight deadlines and controls around accounting.We are looking for an experienced Accountant Specialist to oversee accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Accountant Specialist responsibilities include keeping the books correct, ensuring quality, up to date and according to law, and making sure routines are followed and that the books are closed on time. An Accountant Specialist must have well knowledge of local tax regulations and be able to analyze the taxation of any of the scenarios in our business.A successful Accountant Specialist combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecast. The ideal candidate also has experience collaborating and/or managing a team of accountants.Accountant Specialist duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.QualificationsThe job of an Accountant Specialist comes with lots of responsibilities and challenges.Responsible, together with the Accounting team, for all accounting routines in compliance with the standards and values of H&M, local tax and accounting regulations.Participate in the budgeting process of some of the company's items. Analyze the figures and ensure the best forecast. Quarterly review and correction of possible deviations.Participate in the reporting process to the parent company with some schedules
