Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value while upholding quality standards.
Lead cost reduction initiatives to meet annual financial targets.
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
Manage strategic Indirect buyers and develop their skills.
Keep a high internal customer satisfaction.
Manage a multinational and multi-department environment.
YOUR PROFILE: Proven negotiation skills, contract management experience, and expertise in managing supplier relationships.
Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and driving process improvements through strategic sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to meet suppliers, customers and/or events.
English Level C1 required.
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles: Sales, Sourcing, Key Account, Project management...
