Concebimos la sostenibilidad, nuestra y de nuestros clientes, en un sentido amplio, en línea con las buenas prácticas y criterios ESG que, hoy en día, se han convertido en requisitos esenciales en el entorno corporativo.Nuestra visión es trascender las expectativas, redefiniendo la sostenibilidad como una fuerza impulsora de la innovación, la responsabilidad social y el éxito empresarial.Qué harás Desde el punto de vista global de Sener:Asegurar que no solo se cumplan con los estándares, sino que Sener esté a la vanguardia en sostenibilidad, implementando sistemas robustos de medición, seguimiento y reporte del desempeño en sostenibilidad.Liderar la Transformación Sostenible: desarrollar e implementar la estrategia que permita a la empresa cumplir con sus objetivos medioambientales, sociales y económicos, definiendo objetivos claros y medibles.Comunicar la estrategia y avances en Sostenibilidad: crear y liderar la narrativa de sostenibilidad de la empresa, asegurando una comunicación transparente y motivadora con todos los Stakeholders.Fomentar la cultura empresarial en Sostenibilidad: trabajar con las diferentes áreas de la compañía para desarrollar e implementar proyectos y prácticas sostenibles.Actuar como consejero clave de la Dirección en asuntos de sostenibilidad, informando sobre riesgos y oportunidades.Desde el punto de vista de Negocio:Identificación proactiva de clientes potenciales y socios, cuidando relaciones con clientes estratégicos.Innovar para el Futuro: colaborar con líderes de negocio en la transición energética y descarbonización.Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinares para integrar la sostenibilidad en cada oferta y proyecto.Ser la imagen visible de Sener y su apuesta por la sostenibilidad en proyectos transversales.Qué esperamos de ti Titulación universitaria en campos relevantes y comprensión profunda de los estándares y normativas de sostenibilidad.Experiencia en funciones similares, liderando iniciativas sostenibles a nivel estratégico.Sólidos conocimientos en áreas relacionadas con la sostenibilidad y actualización con las últimas tendencias.Conocimiento y experiencia en consultoría y/o ingeniería en materia de transición energética y descarbonización.Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación que fomenten la colaboración entre departamentos.Mentalidad y experiencia en enfoque de negocio/comercial B2B.Buen nivel de inglés, siendo interesante aportar otros idiomas.Qué te ofrecemos Estos son algunos de los beneficios de los que disfrutarás en Sener:Participación en proyectos innovadores y de alto nivel tecnológico a nivel internacional.Mejor gestión de tu tiempo a través de nuestras políticas de flexibilidad horaria y trabajo en remoto.Optimización de tu salario con nuestro plan retributivo flexible.#J-18808-Ljbffr
