.Volvemos a la carga con nuestros amigos de CoverWallet para incorporar a sus filas un/a Lead Software Engineer. Nos encanta cómo trabajan, y por eso buscamos otro manfredita para sumarse al equipo.Por si no les conoces, CoverWallet es una plataforma online de gestión de seguros enfocada a PYMES que tiene como objetivo simplificar la forma en que las empresas gestionan sus pólizas de seguros a nivel mundial. Actualmente, operan en USA, Australia, Europa, y este mismo año desembarcarán en el mercado LATAM (Argentina, Brazil y Colombia) (" Casi ná..." )Formarás parte de un equipo de Ingeniería que está llevando el sector de los seguros a otro nivel gracias a su plataforma, esperan que tu experiencia y seniority aporte al resto del equipo. Tú serás parte protagonista de la evolución que están llevando a cabo para que esta plataforma sea más segura, tenga mejor rendimiento y mayor escalabilidad.Trabajarás en RoR, pero lo mejor de todo es que no tienes que tener experiencia trabajando en este stack (eso sí, si la traes, mucho mejor). Es un nice to have, porque lo que realmente necesitan es un/a ingeniero software que traiga de casa unos buenos y profundos fundamentos en programación y arquitectura software. Porque tienen claro que con eso y con la ayuda de todo el equipo, la transición a este lenguaje irá rodada. ¿Te suena bien?Lo que si esperan de ti, es que seas una persona con ganas de seguir aprendiendo, que te guste mantenerte al día de los desarrollos emergentes y las tendencias en tecnología, ya que en ellos se basa el desarrollo y evolución de productos actuales y futuros.Tus compañeros te tomarán como referencias y ayudarás a los managers en la definición de las mejoras.Tu primer díaEn 1 mes Te van a recibir con los brazos abiertos :)Durante las primeras semanas tendrás presentaciones con los diferentes managers para que te hagas una idea general de cómo está estructurada la compañía. Tu manager te introducirá a tu puesto y poco a poco irás conociendo cómo será tu día a día.Comenzarás a conocer los objetivos de la Tribu y empezarás a rodar en la dinámica de trabajo (dailies, retros, thinkings, stand-ups, meta-scrums, etc).Poco a poco te irás haciendo con la arquitectura, comunicaciones, SDLC, dependencias con otros equipos, pequeñas tareas... para ello contarás con la ayuda de los líderes de la tribu, con los que harás pairings y te harán el mentorship oportuno
