Crean productos y proyectos para ponerla al servicio de sus clientes y ayudarles a predecir el futuro como si fueran el propio Doctor Strange. Para su laboratorio de IA necesitan a una persona apasionada de los datos y la tecnología para unirse como Senior DB Developer. ¿Te interesa?Aily Labs es una startup con sedes en Munich, Barcelona y Praga enfocada principalmente en la Inteligencia Artificial con una misión clarísima: crear productos de IA intuitivos y visualmente atractivos.¿Y qué tipo de productos? Pues todos los que se te puedan ocurrir: desde aplicaciones móviles, herramientas de insights, hasta modelos para poder predecir el forecast de facturación .Sus principales clientes están en el sector farmacéutico y financiero. Tienen dos frentes diferenciados:Por un lado, tienen su producto propio, usado actualmente por más de 2.000 personas, mediante el que gracias al uso de la IA, simplifican procesos financieros de las empresas, cómo el presupuesto o la asignación de recursos. Y hasta hacen algo de magia, realizando automáticamente previsiones de facturación o analizando diferentes escenarios alternativos al más puro estilo "What-if".Por otro lado, tienen laboratorios de IA, dónde crean prototipos para sus clientes dentro de sus iniciativas de I+D. El principal objetivo aquí es testear el estado del arte de la tecnología para resolver problemas de negocio.Y en este equipo de IA tienen una vacante de Senior DB Developer. Si te apasionan los datos y la tecnología, y te apetece unirte a un grupo de mentes analíticas, este es el lugar que estabas buscando.Tu evolución Tu primer díaEn 1 mes Aterrizarás en el equipoConocerás al equipo con el que vas a trabajar codo con codo, sus procesos y el proyecto en el que participarás. Todo el equipo se encargará de ayudarte en este primer mes y habrás empezado a trabajar en tus primeras tareas.Estarás aprendiendo mucho, preguntando un montón de dudas y, gracias a tu visión fresca, les plantearás retos e ideas para mejorar.Responsabilidades Desarrollar modelos de datos en SQL de gran calidad para que soporten sus aplicaciones.Desarrollar data pipelines automáticos en AWS (lambdas, step functions, Glue).Diseñar, crear y desplegar nuevos modelos de datos y nuevos pipelines de datos.Utilizar siempre las mejores prácticas de ingeniería: integración de datos, validación, documentación, mejora del discoverability del dato, reliability y mejora continua.Optimizar el diseño de la base de datos con el objetivo de mejorar su rendimiento.Trabajar codo con codo con Data Scientists, Product Managers y Software Engineers para entender las necesidades desde el punto de vista de data.Contribuir a crear software de alta calidad que aporte valor a sus clientes.Es un equipo diverso, multicultural, integrado por un grupo de personas que se apoyan mutuamente
