Sounds amazing, right?About the roleDevelop and implement SEO strategies to meet business objectives for Secret Media Network (Madrid Secreto, Secret NYC...)Take a strategic and innovative approach to SEO, focusing on high business impact actions, digging into SEO tools, keyword research, and competitive analysis.Dive into technical SEO aspects: website structure, web architecture, WPO, structured data, crawl budget optimization, backlink profiles, log analysis, etc.Implement innovative strategies to optimize SEO visibility on platforms like Google Discover.Execute assigned tasks efficiently and conduct thorough research and testing to achieve optimal results.Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of SEO strategies and projects.Monitor organic performance, competitor benchmarks, and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge in the Media Industry.About YouProven experience in an SEO role (at least 5 years).Proactive and independent with strong self-management skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, and metrics with the ability to make data-driven recommendations of actions.Possess up-to-date knowledge and maintain current SEO practices.Proficient with common SEO tools.Strong personal ownership, high level of initiative, and work well in a team environment.Proficient in using Google Spreadsheets.Excellent English written and oral communication skills.Desirable technical skills (Crawling, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, APIs Automation...).Benefits & PerksOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader.40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.Work in a central Madrid location, with a hybrid working model and a flexible schedule.Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth.Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withHealth insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.English and Spanish Lessons.We have free food, drink, and fruit at the officeGympass Membership.Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.Thank you for considering joining Fever.
