Position Summary Resumen del puesto: bajo la dirección del Store Manager, lidera un equipo de ventas y consigue que logren o superen los objetivos y la rentabilidad de la tienda manteniendo la excelencia operativa y de ventas y brindando una atención al clienta única de Under Armour.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Los deberes y responsabilidades esenciales incluyen, entre otros, los siguientes:
Realizar procedimientos de apertura y cierre de tienda.
Apoyar al Store Manager y al Assistant Store Manager en ser ejemplo de la atención al cliente para el equipo de tienda; Asegurarse de que la atención al cliente/ventas de la tienda sea representativa de la marca Under Armour.
Trabajar con el Store Manager y Assistant Store Manager para mantener todos los estándares de producto y los estándares de tienda.
Bajo la dirección del Store Manager y Assistant Store Manager supervisar todas las áreas de control de inventario y monitorear los ajustes de stock de tienda dentro de las expectativas descritas.
Apoyar al Store Manager y al Assistant Store Manager, el Equipo de Operaciones de Retail y RR.HH. local con respecto a la incorporación y la formación continua.
Dar opiniones constructivas al Store Manager en todas las facetas de las operaciones de tienda.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos de UA.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) 1-2 años de gestión de tiendas, idealmente con una marca internacional premium.
Familiaridad con varios sistemas de cobro de puntos de venta.
Sólido conocimiento de las operaciones de la tienda, incluido el visual merchandising, el almacén, la gestión de riesgos y la seguridad.
Fluidez en idioma local y dominio del inglés muy deseado.
Education And / Or Experience Liderazgo. Personalidad convincente y con visión hacia el éxito; experto en crear y potenciar un equipo diverso de ventas.
Jugador de equipo. Ser parte de un equipo, tanto liderando como sirviendo; demostrar un compromiso con/hacia los compañeros altamente efectivo en un ambiente de trabajo en equipo.
Humilde y ambicioso. Confianza sin arrogancia; comprometido a "mejorar su juego" continuamente independientemente de los éxitos anteriores.
