To be responsible for all aspects of security First Line Maintenance (FLM) to non-vault failures of Automated Teller Machines (ATM) Responsibilities: ATM Maintenance: Ensure ATMs are in good working condition and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues with ATMs to keep them operational.
When issues with ATMs arise, technicians must quickly diagnose and troubleshoot the problem.
This may involve identifying hardware malfunctions, software glitches, network connectivity issues, or any other technical problems that hinder the ATM's proper operation.
Software Updates: ATM technology evolves over time, and technicians are responsible for updating and upgrading ATM software to ensure compliance with the latest security standards and to add new functionalities as required.
Documentation: Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Customer Support: Assist bank staff and ATM users with inquiries and issues.
Training: Provide training to users on proper ATM operation.
Compliance: Follow industry regulations and safety guidelines.
Physical Requirements: Lift and handle ATM equipment as needed.
Outdoor Work: Perform tasks in various weather conditions.
Qualifications: Graduate of Information Technology/Engineering or any related courses.
Fresh graduates and Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to be assigned to multiple work locations.
Physically fit and flexible.
Willing to work on holidays, render overtime shifting schedules.

Highly trainable.
