We're looking for a customer-focused Product Designer who can ideate, shape and deliver a successful product and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated and talented Product Designer who can quickly familiarize themselves with our products and processes, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of their work.
This is a unique opportunity to use your research and design skills in a way that makes a real, immediate difference at a young and energetic company. The successful candidate will be a member of the product team, working on various tasks and projects in support of Badger's core business. We are a growing company, but a small team, so every team member has a wide range of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to operate independently with little direction, and their contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on the company's success.
This is a temporary position of at least 6 months and we're looking for someone who can work 40 hours a week What to expect:Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the needs and pain points of users, aiming to improve their user experienceContinuously iterate on designs based on constructive feedback from internal stakeholders and usersIndependently work on projects to completion, growing both professionally and personally with a team that's dedicated to helping you succeedCommunicate openly and transparently supporting each other's ideas while thinking criticallyDiscover new ways to innovate on the team with our Weekly Product Book ClubWhat we are looking for:1-2 years of experience in product designExcellent English communication skills verbal and writtenStrong design skills with a focus on web and internal toolsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new products and processesSomeone comfortable with changing focus and managing multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with design systems and proficiency with Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsNice to have: basic knowledge of CRM systemsWhat we offer:Flexi-time: Decide what hours work best for youHybrid work set-up: 2 days from home and 3 days in the officeBenefits: Cobee benefit scheme & volunteering time off for the cause of your choicePersonal Development: Training allowance for books & courses + separate allowance for Spanish/English classesWhat are you waiting for?
