La misión del puesto es llevar a cabo el proceso de análisis de riesgo, emisión de facturas y gestión de cobro a los clientes a fin de realizar un óptimo servicio en la reclamación de deuda.
Gestionar las reclamaciones de impagados, retrasos en el pago y tramitar las reclamaciones de intereses de demora a la Administración Pública.
Ofrecer soporte a la red de ventas en relación a la situación de crédito y deuda del cliente.
Resolver incidencias de clientes públicos tramitadas a través de terceros.
Ingresar documentos de pago en el sistema
Cooperación y soporte al equipo administrativo (Shared Services Center).
Atender al cliente para resolver cualquier incidencia
Revisar alta de nuevos clientes facilitados por Customer Service.
Horario de 8 a 13h de L a V -20h semana
Salario 10,35 € brutos / hora
