This is an entry-level position designed to provide a solid foundation in accounting and finance, with growth opportunities within the organization.Your area of focus:Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements.Record financial transactions in the company's accounting system.Participate in account reconciliations and ensure accurate records.Assist in the monthly closing of internally managed P&L (Profit and Loss) statements and balance sheets.Assist in the analysis of monthly variances in income accounts (P&L) versus budget.Collaborate in tax report preparation and regulatory compliance.Contribute to expense and budget management.Perform accounting-related administrative tasks as needed.To excel in this role, you should have:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accountant or in a similar position.Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.Ability to work with MS Excel or other spreadsheet software.Effective team collaboration skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ambition to grow and develop in the accounting profession.Fluency in Spanish and a B2 level of English proficiency.
