Learn more about us at You'll Do Design, build, and optimize internal and customer-facing dashboards and tools for data analysis Analyze data to uncover meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate closely with product management and technical architects to define feature specifications Partner with product, research/design and marketing teams to define A/B testing hypotheses, success metrics, and ensure statistically sound test design Analyze and interpret results to inform product roadmap and marketing optimization Participate in the development cycle of our software product and follow Agile development practices Write high-quality, maintainable code in languages such as Python, R, or SQL Requirements Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a cybersecurity or technology-related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Metabase or Tableau Experience with statistical analysis techniques and familiarity with machine learning concepts Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Understanding of data security measures and privacy regulations in relevant industries If you are a self-driven and detail-oriented individual who loves working with data and enjoys finding insights that drive business decisions, we would love to hear from you
