LIEBHERR IBÉRICA, S.L., is seeking an administrative support in our After Sales Department of Mobile Cranes Division.
Responsibilities Reporting to the manager, will be in charge of various administrative tasks, such as:
Preparation of guarantee requisitions, including background documentation, control and monitoring.
Invoicing.
Travel expenses settlement.
Correspondence with matrix company and clients.
Translations.
Skills Administrative training.
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Baan skills will be valued.
English and German B2 minimum.
We're looking for a young person who is eager to deliver clerical duties and take on various tasks on a day-to-day basis, with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
Versatility, self-management, trustworthiness, and seriousness.
