In Melt Group we are looking for a Steel Equipment Site Supervisor for a large EPC project of Metallic Structure for an international company dedicated to the design/engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of turnkey projects related to the Metals Sector (Steel Plants, Oil & Gas, Metalic Furnitures... ).Functions to be performed:- Manage the planning of the metal project phase.- Supervise the construction of the steel structure phase.- Monitor the performance of subcontractors.- Supervise the start-up of the plant.- Support and report to Site and Project Managers in the relationship with contractors.- Daily and monthly reporting on the project.- Establish, monitor and maintain quality control procedures.- Provide solutions when any setbacks arise.Desirable requirements:- Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related field.- It is essential to have at least 5 years of professional experience in similar positions, preferably in engineering or international assembly companies.- Knowledge and experience steel structures- Teamwork skills.- Motivated and project-oriented.- Good communication skills, to deal effectively with foreign contractors.- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.Offered:- Employment project contract (with trail period) with the prospect of being hired for the Company.- Salary range: Pending experience+ expatriate conditions (hotel accommodation, insurance, travel, per diems...)- Rotation 90/30or 60/10.#J-18808-Ljbffr
