.Dimática Software (Microsoft GOLD PARTNER) es una empresa dentro del Grupo Sermicro, especializada en soluciones de desarrollo y mantenimiento de software.Llevamos a cabo proyectos de I+D+i, considerándolos un elemento clave para nuestra competitividad. La trayectoria de Dimática en el desarrollo de software no estaría completa sin estos proyectos, cada uno sirviendo como un punto clave para el crecimiento de la empresa.Actualmente, estamos buscando a alguien con experiencia en diseño de interfaces de usuario (UI) y maquetación web para unirse a nuestro equipo del Centro de Innovación, trabajando en colaboración con equipos en Sídney, Alemania, Estados Unidos y Hong Kong.Funciones a desarrollar:Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener la lógica del servidor utilizando Node.Js o Python, y la lógica del cliente utilizando React, con un enfoque en el rendimiento de alta velocidad, confiabilidad y escalabilidad.Implementar aplicaciones que manejen y procesen grandes cantidades de datos e integren sin problemas sistemas que aprovechan tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial (LLMs, RAGs, etc.).Optimizar el rendimiento y la escalabilidad de la aplicación empleando las mejores prácticas y patrones de diseño adecuados.Implementar sistemas de autenticación, autorización y seguridad en aplicaciones tanto de frontend como de backend.Desarrollar interfaces de usuario utilizando React, probar e iterar la UI, asegurando una visibilidad impactante y aplicaciones de producción de alto volumen.Realizar revisiones de código para implementaciones tanto de frontend como de backend, proporcionando retroalimentación para asegurar la calidad y consistencia del código en todo el equipo.Producir y actualizar la documentación del software. Asegurar que el software cumpla con los estándares de calidad, incluyendo seguridad, capacidad de modificación y extensibilidad.Colaborar efectivamente con equipos interdisciplinarios para idear, diseñar y lanzar nuevas características, resolver cualquier error de software y mejorar el rendimiento de la aplicación.Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y avances en el desarrollo de frontend y backend, recomendando tecnologías y herramientas relevantes para mejorar la productividad y eficiencia.Mentorizar a ingenieros junior y proporcionar orientación sobre desafíos técnicos, mejores prácticas y desarrollo profesional.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Inglés fluido que permita trabajar integrado en un equipo internacional.Al menos 4 años de experiencia como desarrollador full stack.Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones con un enfoque en IA (LLMs, aprendizaje automático, deep learning, etc.).Fuerte dominio de Node.JS y/o Python, Typescript y React, haciendo hincapié en código limpio, legible y testeable.Experiencia en el desarrollo de software utilizando una arquitectura de microservicios.Dominio de herramientas de control de versiones de código como Git.Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones de software intensivas en datos es una ventaja
