Are you?Right now, we have a vacancy for an R&D - Machine Learning /ML Engineer (Mid).
This is a fully remote opportunity.
You will join a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Data Scientists, and innovation management Experts that excel in driving innovation in software engineering, A.I., and data analytics, to foster advances in key sectors such as banking, security, health, finance, creativity, and lifelong learning.Your main duties will be:Technical Project Management (project's effort allocation, task plan, projects' progress overview, participation in calls & meetings).Projects' Technical specification definition & Architecture Design (technical requirements definition, software architecture design, data flows definition)Apply Machine Learning algorithms and techniques, build and maintain end-to-end solutionsStatistical analysis and fine-tuning using test resultsCollaborate with data scientists and software engineers to build and maintain data and model pipelines.Provide solutions to any technical-related issues during a project's lifecycleMinimum Requirements:BSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field.
An MSc degree will be highly appreciated.Proven working experience, 3 to 5 years, on application development project(s).Good knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and computational algorithms.Proven experience and competence in software engineering and design.Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architectures.Expertise in data analysis and visualizationProven experience in PythonFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.G., PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas, scikit-learn).Good knowledge of GitExperience with REST-API design and implementationWorking experience in Research / H2020 Projects, will be highly appreciatedPreferred Skills:Experience in frameworks Django, FLASK or FastAPIFamiliar with SQL databasesFamiliarisation with application containers (Docker) and general exposure to continuous integration processes and practicesFamiliarization with event-driven processesGeneral Skills:Excellent understanding of the English language (both verbal & written)Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingTeam player, self-motivated, constantly seeking new knowledgeAdditional Information:Ability to travel (up to 10% of total working time, in European destinations) / Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.At EXUS we help our people to achieve excellent results by creating a work environment that encourages individual and team success.Fully remote work setupCompetitive salaryInclusive work environment & Well-being ProgramA clear induction program & a mentoring buddy to help youPrivate health insurance allowanceUnlimited time off#J-18808-Ljbffr
