PERSON SPECIFICATION – Competencies Required for the Position / Qualifications

Must be a vocational or trade school graduate in electrical, AC or plumbing technology.

At least 1 year relevant experience in the set-up/installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems.

Must have NC2 certification from TESDA or related agency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems.

Perform related tests on MEP systems and devices.

Operate MEP systems and log various operating parameters.

Quickly identify and rectify problems and escalate as necessary.

Prepare and administer relevant registers.

Assist in responding to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.

Prepare incident reports.

Maintain a strict schedule in order to be successful in the assignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php534.37 per day
