In this role, you'll operate as a trusted advisor, helping our customers maximize the power of the cloud to drive their business forward.This is an excellent role for early-career professionals with 3-4 years of relevant experience. You'll manage the technical relationship between AWS and our customers, providing strategic recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency to support their key initiatives.Internally, you'll be the voice of the customer, sharing their needs and feedback to inform the ongoing development of AWS services and features. This direct line of communication with our product teams can accelerate your cloud expertise and influence.Your creativity will be an asset as you work to link the latest cloud technologies to valuable solutions for our customers. You'll contribute to defining new cloud-native reference architectures across a variety of use cases - expanding your technical portfolio and visibility.Beyond your client work, you'll participate in creating and sharing best practices, technical content and new AWS architectural patterns.
