Internship Opportunity: ART WORLD FAIRS Position: Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Madrid
Duration: minimum 6 months - 1 year.

Our fairs serve as an exceptional venue for artists to thrive and for art enthusiasts to uncover remarkable talent from across the world. In our selection process, we harmoniously integrate traditional and contemporary art forms, ensuring a rich and engaging experience for all attendees.
Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Art Fair Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the art world, learn about event management, and work closely with a dynamic team in organizing one of the most anticipated art fairs of the year.
Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and coordination of the art fair, including liaising with artists, galleries, and vendorsSupport marketing and promotional efforts, including social media management and content creationHelp organize and set up exhibitions and installationsAttend meetings and assist with administrative tasks as neededManage communication with attendees, sponsors, and other stakeholdersConduct research on trends, artists, and other art fair-related topicsProvide on-site support during the art fair event (if applicable)Qualifications: Passion for art and interest in event managementStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with social media platforms and content creationAbility to work independently and in a teamFamiliarity with Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency in English at a C1 level or higher is mandatory.Additional language skills are a plus.Prior experience in the art world or event planning is a plus, but not requiredImportant Requirement: Before applying, please note that an Agreement between ART WORLD FAIRS and your university is required for the internship to proceed and for you to receive academic credit. It is essential that your university is able to facilitate this agreement. We encourage you to verify this with your institution prior to submitting your application.
