Your role involves managing projects, implementing organizational changes, and optimizing processes. Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure strategic alignment and rapid progress.What is our mindset?We compare ourselves to a sports team, striving to assemble the best team with the available resources.While maintaining values like fairness, mutual support, and respect, we also focus on performance, aiming to build a top-notch organization capable of delivering excellent results quickly.Our culture is built on courage, ambition, and is strongly meritocratic, allowing the most capable individuals to grow rapidly.Deconstruct the system into the smallest building blocks.Clearly articulate key issues and communicate next action steps.Deliver results under pressure, focusing on weeks rather than years during the transformation period.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in crafting and executing organizational strategies, change initiatives, and processes.Ensure seamless alignment between executive leadership and departmental activities.Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with department heads.Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate performance.Promote effective collaboration and coordination among different departments.Develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and oversee the successful execution of transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on IT-related initiatives.Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and monitor timelines.Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in consulting or a competitive, fast paced, performance driven environment requiring you to quickly grasp new concepts (SaaS, ecommerce, own business, private equity, consulting, ...).Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is a must (Jira, Asana, Excel, CRM, ...).Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem solving.Proven experience in managing transformation projects, organizational restructuring, and process improvements is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesA hands-on management style with a track record of leading teams and projects.Ability to manage high-pressure situations and crises effectively
