Desde Nutreco, y como parte de nuestra misión para alimentar el futuro, desarrollamos y proveemos soluciones y servicios innovadores para la industria de la nutrición animal.
El negocio en Iberia (España y Portugal) cuenta con un volumen de facturación de 1.4 mil millones.
Sus dos grandes marcas, Nanta y Trouw Nutrition, emplean a un total de 1.300 personas en ambos países y además cuentan con una amplia red de unos 1 500 distribuidores.
**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**
- ** ESTRATEGIA DE MARKETING**
Colaborar conjuntamente con el director de Marketing, en la definición, control y seguimiento de la estrategia y planes de marketing de los productos para distribución, con el fin de garantizar la eficiencia de los planes establecidos y alineamiento con la estrategia comercial.
- **
COMUNICACIÓN**
Junto con el departamento de comunicación desarrollará la estrategia de RR.SS.
y contenido.
- **
GO TO MARKET**
Participar activamente en el desarrollo y ejecución de los procesos de go to market (análisis de mercado, definición de objetivos de ventas/ marketing )
- **
MARKETING INTELLIGENCE**
Participar, conjuntamente con el director de Marketing y Marketing Intelligence, en el desarrollo y ejecución de los procesos de identificación de mercado, realizando un seguimiento de los mismos.
- **
GESTIÓN DE PRODUCTOS**
Dirigir, controlar y coordinar el desarrollo y ejecución en materia de gestión de productos, con el fin de garantizar su adaptación a las necesidades de los clientes y del mercado.

PRECIOS**
Dirigir, controlar y coordinar los procesos relacionados con el establecimiento y definición de precios (investigación de mercado, análisis de competencia y entorno, análisis de costes
- **
LANZAMIENTO DE PRODUCTOS**
Dirigir y controlar, como responsable del mismo, los procesos de lanzamiento de productos, con el fin de garantizar su cumplimiento y correcta ejecución y asegurar un óptimo posicionamiento y la adecuada solidez y consistencia de los productos.
- **
RETAIL**
Desarrollo y mantenimiento de la imagen de la red de distribución.
Diseñar la formación y capacitar a la red comercial de distribución en las técnicas de retail.
- Conocimiento del entorno rural
- Formación universitaria en marketing
- Se valorarán experiência y conocimiento en retail
- Habilidades de comunicación
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Experiência previa en puesto de trabajo similar
- Nível de inglés B2
- Se valorarán conocimientos de portugués
- Trabajo en equipo, autonomía, orientación a resultados, capacidad de organización y optimización de tiempos de trabajo.
