This role involves working closely with the Salesforce Team Leader and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.Design, develop, test, and deploy standard & custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.Create and customize Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and triggers.Develop and maintain Lightning Web Component (LWC), Visualforce pages, Apex classesBuild and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.Ensure the health, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform.Optimize processes and workflows for improved efficiency and user experience.Perform regular platform maintenance, including data integrity checks and updates.Work closely with the Salesforce Team Leader and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.Communicate project status and updates to the Salesforce Team Leader.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices.Identify opportunities for leveraging new features and functionality to enhance the Salesforce environment.Participate in regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to Salesforce development and administration
