El puesto: SoftwareOne busca un Arquitecto VMware para integrarse en nuestro equipo de Servicios Tecnológicos, en un puesto clave para el éxito de nuestros proyectos de virtualización. Formarás parte del área de Technology Services (TS), siendo responsable de diseñar, implementar y gestionar proyectos de VMware a gran escala. Este rol está dirigido a un consultor senior con amplia experiencia en entornos VMware, infraestructura, licenciamiento y consultoría de TCO, enfocado en garantizar la calidad y consistencia de nuestros servicios a través de metodologías estándar.
Responsibilities: Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas híbridas vSphere, ofreciendo soluciones completas de virtualización. Asesorar a los clientes en cada fase del proyecto, aportando conocimientos en mejores prácticas e implementación. Diseñar, implementar y gestionar infraestructuras complejas basadas en VMware, abarcando virtualización, almacenamiento, redes y seguridad. Crear y mantener estrategias de arquitectura VMware alineadas con los objetivos empresariales. Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos en entornos VMware. Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar una integración fluida de las soluciones VMware. Mantenerse al día con los avances en tecnología VMware y las mejores prácticas de la industria. Enfoque en Entornos de Nube e Híbridos: Diseñar y optimizar soluciones híbridas en la nube con tecnologías VMware para maximizar el rendimiento y la rentabilidad. Desarrollar estrategias de migración de cargas de trabajo entre entornos de nube pública y privada. Asegurar altos estándares de seguridad y cumplimiento en infraestructuras híbridas en la nube. Que esperamos de tí: Experiencia de más de 5 años en tecnologías VMware. Conocimientos sólidos en almacenamiento y redes. Experiencia en la creación, configuración y gestión de máquinas virtuales, incluyendo asignación de recursos, almacenamiento y redes. Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación en español e inglés (nivel B2). Capacidad de autogestión y autonomía en la ejecución de proyectos. Rapidez para aprender nuevas tecnologías y habilidad para liderar iniciativas de manera independiente. Conocimientos en VLANs, Backup, Active Directory, ESX, y configuraciones de Clúster. Valorable experiencia en entornos de nube y otras plataformas de virtualización. Deseable experiencia en vSan, vRealize Suite, NSX, Site Recovery Manager, y HCX. Certificaciones de VMware son un plus.
